The Jeddah Heights project was a major design-and-build development involving the construction of a masterplanned community comprising 413 buildings across a site area of approximately 2.7 million square meters. The project required integrated planning and execution to deliver a fully functional urban environment.
Scope of works included bulk earthworks, construction of dry and wet utility networks, and comprehensive road infrastructure. Total earthworks quantities reached approximately 12 million cubic meters, making it one of the largest projects in the company’s portfolio.
