This project involved the execution of main and secondary road networks within the Al Amir Fawaz development, covering a total area of approximately 740,000 square meters. The works formed a key component of the area’s overall infrastructure framework.
Scope included earthworks, subgrade and subbase compaction, asphalt paving, curb stone installation, and road signage. Earthworks quantities reached approximately 750,000 cubic meters, requiring precise sequencing to align with surrounding development activities.
The completed road network provides safe, durable, and efficient access throughout the development, supporting both residential and service traffic requirements
