Wahat Al Dammam was a full-scope masterplan, design, and build residential project comprising 1,523 villas with G+1.5 configurations. The project included complete construction works from early earthworks through to finishing and MEP installations.
The scope covered infrastructure development, internal road networks, utilities, and all associated building works, supported by earthworks quantities of approximately 1.5 million cubic meters. Coordination between civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines was critical to ensure consistent delivery standards.
